Delivery Policy & Conditions
- Orders will be dispatched within 10 minutes of order confirmation and will reach your address less than 1 Hour. (aim to deliver within 1 hour after the telephone confirmation with our call centre assistance, We recommended you order in advance as delivery to certain locations may delayed or temporarily unavailable due to bad weather or rush hour)
- Cancelations can be made within 10 minutes of order confirmation by phone (Hotline customers only.)
- Minimum Order value LKR 500.00
- Phase 01 of the Service will be only operated some parts of Colombo and suburbs
- We will always call your number when we are at your doorstep for the delivery to minimize disturbance by ringing the bell
- All genuine complains about delivered items will be adhered to by the customer providing the dissatisfactory item back to Delivery Rider for validation in order to obtain a replacement or a refund.
- Order placement is only considered valid if placed via a Lucky Lanka Call centre Representative. Company will not be liable nor the Riders encouraged to purchase items that are not on the bill once the order on its way.
